• Most Orders ship within 2 business days of receipt (Monday - Friday). For printed or custom graphics please allow 2-5 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipment.

Shipping

• All orders are to be prepaid via credit card - no COD or account terms (at this time).  We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

•  Free ground/standard shipping on all standard striping and graphics (i.e. non-custom) orders over $100 USD shipped to an address within the continental U.S. All orders over $200 USD qualify for an additional 5% discount off their net order total (on standard striping and graphics). Standard freight and handling policies will apply

• All orders over $300 USD qualify for an additional 5% discount off their net order total (on standard striping and graphics).  Standard freight and handling policies will apply.  

• Shipping & Handling Fees are as follows:

  ·   UPS Ground- $8 (1-6 Days)
  ·   USPS Priority $8 (1-3 Days)
  ·   UPS Second Day $21 (2 Days)
  ·   USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days) $29.00

• All items shipped to Wisconsin and Minnesota addresses are subject to sales tax.

• International orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in regards to the feasibility of Next Day and Second Day Air Shipping.  Sometimes shipments can be held in Customs for as long as 10 days - you might save the expense and have your order shipped via Ground instead.

• We ship to the shipping address that you provide at checkout - please make sure that it is entered correctly!  Shipment tracking numbers will be provided to you via email or fax when your order ships.

• All package damage claims must be filed against carrier promptly by customer.

• We cannot be held responsible if you make independent delivery arrangements with your carrier driver (i.e. "leave package on porch", "behind 3rd rock on left", etc.), and your package is lost.  In such a case, check with your neighbors, their kids, or their pets.

Returns

• Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  Shortages or errors must be reported via email at within 3 business days of shipment receipt.

• Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged at no extra charge.  Defective returns will be thoroughly inspected - no credit will be issued for returns found without quality issues.

• With the exceptions of the above, all sales are considered final!
